Karen joined the company in 2010, She worked amongst the Social Services sector in the Bridlington and Driffield area for 10 years. There after joining the Humber mental health team working in elderly mental health on acute units across the region, qualifying as a community mental health support worker in 2004. Herself and her partner Mike went on to expand the business and devise more areas to support a wide variety of patients needs.
Fiona Watson

Fiona joined the company in 2018, after leaving the NHS as a healthcare assistant, having worked in many departments across her years in the NHS her last post being involved in patient transport within Hull & East Yorkshire. Fiona recognised that she could help Karen and Mike diversify a different direction for patient transport and repatriations services with her creativity & knowledge. Beverley Ambulance Service invested in a Safer Governance coach Michael Huddart, which has worked alongside Fiona and the company implementing change and to establish Fiona's role as a CQC registered manager.
